Hi Taryn thank you for inviting me to join this group. As a career transition coach I help civilians and military ( veterans and active duty) soldiers find careers that match their personal and business ethics. I have found that over the years the support for Veterans transitioning out of the military has been lacking and they can spend years figuring out who they are and what they want to represent. The military culture prepares them well for staying alive and becoming leaders , but what happens when all that structure and discipline goes away. ? I volunteer my expertise with the Rhode Island ESGR program also which I love. It is programs and groups like yours that will build awareness and support a more positive environment for all that have served in the military . Thanks
